Competition Terms and Conditions
1. In addition to Metro FM’s standard Competition Terms and Conditions, the below conditions also apply for
the Handy Andy Creams competition conducted on behalf of Handy Andy South Africa (“the Promoter”)
on Metro FM.
2. The competition takes place from Monday, 30 November 2020 to Friday, 4 December 2020 between
09h00 and 11h00.
3. To participate, listeners need buy any Handy Andy Cream product and send a voice note to Metro FM
provided number telling us what is your favourite song to clean to and why.
4. The first listener to call in to 0723239144 will go on air to say what is their favourite song to clean to.
5. Presenter picks first caller through.
6. The prize is 1 cash voucher per day to the value of R5 000.
7. Winners will be selected on air and will be the presenter’s choice.
8. 5FM and the Promoter shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, incorrect or incomplete
entries for any reason whatsoever. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
9. Metro FM and the Promoter shall not be responsible for the failure of any technical element relating to
this promotion that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
10. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Winners will be announced on-air and contacted via email.
12. Handy Andy vouchers are subject to Handy Andy’s standard terms & conditions found here.
13. Vouchers that Handy Andy gives away for free are valid for the period stated thereon.
14. In each case, if your Voucher has not been used within that period, it will expire.
15. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to buy other Gift Vouchers or Coupons. They do not accrue interest and
are not refundable for cash once purchased. If your Gift Voucher value is insufficient for the order you
wish to place, you may make up the difference by paying via one of our other payment methods.
16. Handy Andy and Metro FM are not responsible for any harm due to the loss, unauthorised use or
unauthorised distribution of a Gift Voucher, after the voucher has been delivered to you.
17. Metro FM will supply the winners’ details to Handy Andy who will make the payment of voucher to each
winner within 4 to 6 weeks of receiving the winner’s information.
