METRO FM HEATWAVE

The festive season is upon us and as is the norm, the time has come for SABC’s biggest commercial radio station, METRO FM to go out and celebrate the festive season with the people of Mzansi, our listeners who make us who we are!

In 2005, the METRO FM Summer Tour evolved to become the METRO FM Heatwave.  In essence the name announces and embraces the arrival of fun times, excitement and celebration.  The station will be holding fun packed summer events consisting of four headline performances, METRO FM DJ’ appearances, live broadcasts, music, and this is all for the purpose of promoting the stations’ activities as well as taking our personalities to our audiences.  The event start at 12noon until midnight featuring A-list artists, our top talent at METRO FM, competitions and fun brand activations.
