The Centre for Development and Enterprise, CDE, recently released a study on youth unemployment called Youth Unemployment: An Agenda for Action and in it says there are 7.5million people between the ages of 15 and 34 who are not in employment, education or training. It comprises about 40% of all young people. But what are the solutions? We speak to Ann Bernstein Executive Director, Centre for Development and Enterprise.
